FixioCar Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FixioCar mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions ("Service Provider"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Use of the Application
The Application allows users to submit images and vehicle details to receive vehicle analysis and mechanical advice via an AI-based chat feature, use a camera scanner, and access a history of vehicle inspections. You must be at least 9 years old to use the Application. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes.
3. Optional Personal Information
The Application does not automatically collect personal information. You may voluntarily provide personal information (such as email) when contacting support. This information is used solely to respond to your support request.
4. Vehicle Data
You may submit vehicle make, model, year, fuel type, and photos for analysis. Vehicle data and images are processed in real-time and not stored permanently. Your data is never sold or shared, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality.
5. Data Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect data during transmission and processing. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 9 years. If you believe your child has submitted data, contact: genioweb.es@gmail.com
7. Termination
You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. FixioCar may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FixioCar is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Application. The Application's AI-based suggestions do not replace professional mechanical inspection.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
10. Changes to Terms
FixioCar may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
